Position Overview: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Work from home with a reputable third-party financial services provider, focusing on auto lease and loan insurance issues. This role involves supporting customers through informational calls to resolve insurance inefficiencies.

📝 Job Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding auto leases and loans to address insurance-related issues, such as cancellations, missed payments, or document discrepancies.
  • Assist customers by gathering necessary information on behalf of insurance providers like Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, and Credit Unions.
  • Provide informative, non-sales, and non-collections support during calls.
  • Make approximately 14 calls per hour, staying 100% on the phone throughout the shift.
  • Verify insurance details with agents (e.g., check deduction amounts).
  • Upload and update information on the company's internal platform.
  • Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer, following client-approved messaging guidelines.

Main Position Details

  • Start Dates: March 30 or April 20
  • Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Training Schedule: First 3 weeks, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST, involving classroom instruction, shadowing, and supervised calls
  • Work Schedule: Must be available for one of the following options:
    • Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Duration: 3-month contract with potential to become permanent

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Comfortable being on the phone all day

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits 💼

The hourly pay range is $16.00
