Position Details

  • Type: Full-time / Seasonal
  • Pay: $16.00/hr. + performance incentives
  • Language Requirement: Spanish Bilingual (preferred)

Requirements ✅

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required during training
  • Full attendance commitment for the 3-week paid training
  • Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps via ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband with hard-wired Ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet, satellite, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi extenders

  • Provide top-tier customer service consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and technical support
  • Input application data accurately
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Follow established procedures and policies
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing — certification eligibility depends on passing exams
  • Comply with communication guidelines across all channels
