🍝 Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary leadership: mentoring and coaching team members.
- Ensure food quality: maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Support the Executive Chef: assisting with kitchen operations as needed.
- Inventory management: proper ordering, prep lists, and stock control.
- Maintain safety and sanitation: implementing best practices in the kitchen.
🎯 Preferred Requirements:
- Experience:至少2 years as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
- Specialized skills: experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens.
- Italian culinary knowledge: familiarity with pasta and pizza preparation.
- Language skills: Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Standards: keen eye for cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Availability: flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
