Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our pre-sales efforts, combining your technical expertise with excellent communication skills to support customer onboarding, evaluation, and beyond. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you'll craft tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring their success and driving our collective growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead prospects through proof of concept, evaluation, and successful onboarding. 📝
• Act as a trusted product advisor, clearly demonstrating value and technical capabilities. 💡
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions addressing customer challenges. 🤝
• Build scalable processes to efficiently meet customer requirements. ⚙️
• Prioritize and triage customer requests, coordinating resolutions with technical teams. 📞

Education & Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar) with pre-sales experience. 🧑‍💻
• Strong technical foundation in software development, cybersecurity, or related fields. 🛡️
• Hands-on experience in Application Security (AppSec) is highly desirable. 🔐
• Professional fluency in English. 🇺🇸

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS platforms. 💻
• Familiarity with enterprise onboarding and pre-sales processes. 🏢
• Background working in startup or high-growth environments. 🚀
• Fluency in Hebrew. 🇮🇱

Compensation

Base salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 (DOE). 💰
