Who We're Looking For 🎯

We are seeking a Korean Bilingual Software Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's software and IT environment to support internal operations and business objectives. Role and Responsibilities 🛠️

• Oversee the architecture and strategic direction of all company software projects.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, reliable, and efficient software infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to uphold best practices in coding, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Resolve infrastructure-related issues swiftly and effectively, providing technical support as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends for infrastructure enhancement.
• Implement infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews for ongoing improvements.

Required Experience & Education 🎓

• Minimum of 3+ years in roles like Software Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• MS in CS or a related field preferred.
• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git), and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with microservices architecture.
• Sophisticated proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices and development trade-offs.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and database administration.
• Experience leading major initiatives to successful completion.
