• Pay: $65 - $70.93 per hour 💰 (W2 Only)
• Duration: 1-year assignment with potential extensions based on client need and performance 🔄

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and technical direction of all software projects within the company 🏗️
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient software infrastructure ⚙️
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security 🤝
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) 🚀
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities 📊
• Manage infrastructure-related issues and provide technical support to resolve them promptly 🛠️
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the company's infrastructure 🌐
• Implement and manage infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar 🧰
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement 🔍

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (strongly preferred) 🎓
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Infrastructure Engineer, SDE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role 🚧
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean; business-level Korean skills are highly desirable 🇺🇸🇰🇷
• Proficient in Python programming 🐍
• Prior experience with DevOps practices and tools 💻
• Experience with version control software (preferably Git) and developer platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms 🗃️
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and microservices architecture 🔧
