The Role: The PITCH

As a Social Strategist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day strategic ownership of assigned accounts, supporting senior strategists and strategy directors to meet the vision set for each project. Your key responsibilities include:

• Writing and delivering compelling briefs
• Collaborating closely with creative and media teams to bring strategies to life
• Presenting work to clients and selling strategic ideas
• Creating insights, signals, and trends to inform strategic decisions
• Developing platform and publishing strategies for digital and social channels
• Monitoring campaign results and continuously optimizing strategies
• Building reports to guide future actions and client planning
• Partnering with clients to turn plans into reality

Your day-to-day tasks may include: Working with junior strategists to mine insights, crafting briefs, engaging with creative teams, shaping insights into compelling work, and analyzing performance metrics.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3 years of strategic marketing experience—agency, media, or client side
• Strong ability to develop strategies, briefs, and reports independently
• Experience working with creative, client, and external teams
• Passion for social media, technology, and pop culture
• Proven experience managing your own social channels and networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
