Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Specialist to be the voice of Bosch across diverse social platforms. In this role, you will act as a bridge between various business units and online communities, fostering engagement and protecting our brand reputation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and orchestrate social media dialogues across Bosch business units to boost positive engagement (community management) 🌐
  • Collaborate with page managers and stakeholders to implement brand strategies and generate buzz around campaigns and focus topics 📈
  • Detect and escalate potentially damaging content to protect our brand (crisis management) 🚨
  • Monitor and analyze social media channels, and provide feedback to page managers based on customer insights 💬
  • Maintain the social media knowledgebase, aligning efforts with internal and external stakeholders 📚
  • Develop best practices and participate in continuous improvement activities, offering support and coaching to colleagues on social media activities 🤝
  • Adhere to Change and Release Management processes ✅
  • Create content collaboratively with clients on demand ✍️

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in social media management and online community engagement, preferably within an agency environment 🌟
  • Knowledge of leading social media platforms and management tools 🛠️
  • Excellent creative writing skills in German (C2.2) and English (C1.2) 📖
  • Passion for social media trends, global events, and viral movements, with the ability to apply insights daily 🔥
  • Strong team player with confidence, empathy, and exceptional verbal communication skills 🤗
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently with high responsibility 🎯
  • Quality-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset 🌱
  • Willing to collaborate within a multinational team, in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel ✈️
