The Role: Social Media Content Specialist

As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will:

• Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on social media channels like Facebook and Instagram, using the client's unique brand voice.
• Create engaging content to boost participation and engagement across social platforms.
• Deliver an excellent experience to our clients’ audiences through social interactions.
• Identify and escalate issues, observations, and insights as needed.
• Understand and adhere to clients’ social media strategies, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure community safety policies and brand standards are followed by all members.

What We’re Looking For

• Native fluency in English AND one of the following languages: Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
• Residency in the USA.
• Flexible availability to work a combination of shifts scheduled between 8AM - 4PM, 4PM - 12AM, and 12AM - 8AM Central Standard Time, including weekends.
• Professional experience in social media moderation and content engagement.
• Proven ability to craft, edit, and adapt content to match brand voice guidelines.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Interest and experience across multiple industries moderated content.
• Reliable high-speed internet without data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

Benefits & Additional Details

• Work hours: Full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (24-32 hours/week) options available, with shifts lasting 8 hours.
• Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $14.75 to $15.00 USD, adjusted based on experience.
