Position Overview

Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist (English + Hebrew)

We are rapidly expanding and seeking talented bilingual (English and Hebrew) social media professionals who excel at engaging online conversations, creating compelling content, and maintaining a safe, welcoming digital space.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a remote position open to permanent residents in the USA. The role involves working a mix of shifts, including weekends:

  • Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time
  • Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time
  • Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time

You must be flexible and available to work across these shifts throughout the week and on weekends. We are unable to accommodate specific scheduling restrictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Moderating and responding: Engage with comments across client social channels, using their distinctive voice.
  • Content creation: Write thoughtful, engaging posts to foster conversations and boost engagement.
  • Community management: Keep online spaces respectful, safe, and aligned with client guidelines.
  • Trend escalation: Identify and report issues, insights, or emerging trends to the internal team.
  • Brand representation: Act as an extension of our clients' brands by understanding their tone, strategy, and target audience.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Language Fluency: Native proficiency in both English and Hebrew.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, spelling, and grammar in both languages.
  • Legal Work Status: Reside in the USA and authorized to work here.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift, including weekends.
  • Social Media Experience: Proven experience managing and moderating social platforms.
  • Brand Voice Adaptation: Ability to tailor tone for different audiences and brands.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major social platforms and their intricacies.
  • Interest & Engagement: Curious about topics like tech, retail, food, or hospitality & tourism.
  • Attributes: Organized, reliable, with excellent customer service instincts.
  • Technical Requirements: Fast, reliable internet without restrictions and an active Facebook account.

Employment Details

Choose full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (24-32 hours/week). Each shift lasts 8 hours, and flexibility across shifts and days is expected.

The hourly pay ranges from $14.75 to $15.00 USD, with actual compensation determined by experience and skills.
