🔍 Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist (English + Hebrew)

We are growing rapidly and are eager to add talented bilingual (English and Hebrew) social media experts to our team. Your role will involve jumping into online conversations, crafting compelling content, and fostering safe, welcoming digital communities.

🕒 Work Schedule & Location

  • Open to residents in the USA, fully remote.
  • Shifts include:
    • Days: 8AM–4PM CT
    • Evenings: 4PM–12AM CT
    • Overnights: 12AM–8AM CT

*Availability to work a mix of the above shifts, including weekends, is required. Flexibility with scheduling is essential."

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Moderating and responding to comments on clients’ social channels in their unique brand voice.
  • Creating engaging, thoughtful content to encourage conversations and boost engagement.
  • Maintaining online communities to be safe, respectful, and aligned with client policies.
  • Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as needed.
  • Representing our clients’ brands accurately by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.

💡 What You Bring

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew.
  • Exceptional writing skills in spelling, grammar, and clarity in both languages.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.
  • Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderation and engagement.
  • Ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms.
  • A genuine interest in the content domains you'll moderate — tech, retail, food, hospitality, and tourism.
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Reliable internet connection with no data restrictions.
  • An active Facebook account.

📝 Employment Details

  • Part-time (24-32 hours/week) or full-time (32-40 hours/week), with flexible shifts.
  • 8-hour shifts; schedule flexibility required.
  • Hourly rate: $14.75 to $15.00 USD, based on experience and skills.
