About the Role

We are seeking passionate bilingual (English + Hebrew) Social Media Content Specialists to join our growing team. If you love engaging with online communities, crafting compelling content, and maintaining safe digital spaces, this opportunity is for you!

Location & Schedule

This is a remote position, open to permanent residents of Canada. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends:

• Days: 8 AM – 4 PM (North American Central Time)
• Evenings: 4 PM – 12 AM (North American Central Time)
• Overnights: 12 AM – 8 AM (North American Central Time)

Availability to work a mix of these shifts, including weekends, is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing ✨

• Moderating and responding to comments across client social channels, using their unique brand voice
• Writing engaging, thoughtful content to foster conversations and boost engagement
• Maintaining online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
• Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary
• Acting as an extension of our clients’ brands — understanding their strategy, tone, and target audience

What You Bring to the Table 📝

• Native-level fluency in English AND Hebrew
• Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both languages
• Legal right to work in Canada
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends
• Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderating and engaging
• Ability to adapt tone for different brand audiences
• Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms
• Curiosity and engagement in topics like tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism
• Organized, reliable, with excellent customer service instincts
• Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions
• An active Facebook account

Employment Details & Benefits

We offer both full-time (32–40 hours/week) and part-time (24–32 hours/week) positions. Each shift is 8 hours, and flexibility with the schedule is appreciated.

The hourly pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Salary is based on experience, skills, and knowledge.

Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more, available to hourly employees working at least 22 hours weekly.
