Position: Social Media Content Specialist (English + Turkish)
About the Role
We're growing rapidly and looking for bilingual (English and Turkish) social media experts who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating compelling content, and maintaining safe and welcoming digital communities.
This is a fully remote position, available to residents in the USA. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends:
- Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time
- Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time
- Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time
Availability to work a mix of these shifts throughout the week and on weekends is essential—schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated.
What You'll Be Doing 💼
- Moderating and responding to comments on clients’ social channels using their brand voice
- Writing engaging, thoughtful content to spark conversations and boost engagement
- Ensuring online communities are respectful, safe, and aligned with client guidelines
- Escalating issues, insights, or emerging trends to the team
- Acting as a true extension of our clients’ brands—understanding their strategy, tone, and audience
What You Bring to the Team 🎯
- Native fluency in both English and Turkish
- Exceptional written communication skills in spelling, grammar, and clarity for both languages
- Legal eligibility to work in the USA
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends
- Experience managing social platforms, especially moderating and engaging
- Ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences
- Familiarity with major social media platforms' features and best practices
- An interest and engagement in content related to tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and customer service instincts
- Fast, reliable internet without data restrictions
- An active Facebook account

Whether you're seeking full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (24-32 hours/week), we offer flexible shifts averaging 8 hours each. We ask that you are adaptable to a variety of shifts and days, including weekends.
Compensation
The hourly pay ranges from $14.75 to $15.00 USD, or the minimum wage of your state if higher. Actual pay depends on relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
