Who We're Looking For
If you love social media, enjoy writing, and know how to connect with people online, then keep reading! We are seeking bilingual (English + Hebrew) Social Media Content Specialists to join our expanding team.
Position Details
- Title: Social Media Content Specialist (English + Hebrew)
- Location: Remote (permanent residents of Canada only)
- Type: Full-time or Part-time (32-40 hours/week or 24-32 hours/week)
- Shifts:
- Days: 8AM–4PM CT
- Evenings: 4PM–12AM CT
- Overnights: 12AM–8AM CT
- Note: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required.
What You'll Be Doing 🚀
- Moderating and responding to comments on client social channels, using their unique brand voice.
- Writing engaging content to spark conversations and boost engagement.
- Maintaining safe, respectful, and guideline-compliant online communities.
- Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as needed.
- Becoming an extension of our clients’ brands—understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.
What You Bring to the Team 🌟
- Native-level fluency in English AND Hebrew.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong spelling, grammar, and clarity in both languages.
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends.
- Experience managing social platforms, especially moderation and engagement.
- Ability to adapt tone and content for different brand audiences.
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
- Interest in content related to tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism.
- Organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
- Active Facebook account.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
The hourly wage ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 CAD, or the minimum wage in your province—whichever is higher. Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
Additional benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more, available to hourly employees working at least 22 hours weekly.
