Responsibilities

• 🔍 Review and moderate online content posted in the Hebrew market
• 📝 Ensure all user-uploaded information adheres to client policies and guidelines
• 📚 Stay current with community standards and policies
• 🎯 Apply best practices to meet and surpass client KPIs
• 💡 Use your knowledge to suggest internal or external improvement ideas

Requirements

• Native fluency in Hebrew (mandatory)
• A natural quick learner capable of developing skills rapidly
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderation policies
• Empathetic approach to online content and community
• Motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience dealing with high volumes of online content
• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory)
• European citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
