Social Media Content Moderator Role
If you are a social media enthusiast with a knack for digital technology, this role is perfect for you! As a content moderator, your primary responsibility is to ensure user-generated content adheres to community guidelines. 🔍📹
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate graphic images, videos, and text content to ensure compliance with community standards ✔️
- Escalate content that violates platform policies 🚩
- Participate in ongoing refresher training to stay updated on policies 📚
- Classify, review, or eliminate sensitive content uploaded by users according to client parameters 🔒
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues within specified turnaround times 🕒
- Handle customer information securely, complying with confidentiality policies 🔐
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve processes, policies, and platform features 💡
- Stay current with workflow modifications, guidelines, and community standards 📖
- Navigate diverse internet platforms including social media and commercial websites 🌐
- Moderate content that may be traumatic, sensitive, or offensive with professionalism and care ⚠️
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 🎓
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service or related roles 💼
- Must be 18 years or older age 🔞
- Proficient with desktop computers and familiar with Windows systems 🖥️
- Preferred: Customer service or sales experience 🛍️
