This role is based onsite at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location.
Your Responsibilities
As a Social Media Content Moderator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive social experience by reviewing user-generated content. This includes examining graphic images, videos, and text to ensure compliance with community guidelines and escalating any violations. If you're passionate about social media and proficient with digital technology, this position is ideal for you!
- 🔍 Review content to ensure community standards are met with high accuracy and quality
- 🔄 Participate in regular refresher training to stay updated on policies
- 📊 Meet performance indicators and client-specific parameters
- 💼 Review, classify, or remove sensitive content uploaded by users per client guidelines
- 🕒 Investigate and resolve complex content issues within established turnaround times and quality standards
- 🔒 Adhere to confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
- 📚 Engage in ongoing training to enhance your role
- ✅ Follow all instructions, procedures, and policies relevant to your duties
- ⚠️ Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content responsibly
- 💡 Provide insights and trends to improve processes, policies, and products
- 📝 Stay current with workflow changes and community standards

Qualifications
- 🌐 Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial sites
- 🚫 Comfort reviewing inappropriate or explicit content
- 🔍 Attention to detail
- 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
- ⏱️ Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- 🎂 Must be 18 years or older
- ⌨️ Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- 🖥️ Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop applications
- 🤝 Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- 🎓 College degree preferred but not required
- 🔒 Dependable with predictable attendance
