Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual, motivated self-starter with a passion for producing compelling video and static content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone confident on camera, skilled in graphic design, and enthusiastic about online trends, coffee culture, and storytelling. Help us connect with multicultural Gen Z and millennial consumers and bring our brand to life! ☕🎥

Location & Schedule

• Location: Remote (option to work from Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA if available)
• Initial Term: 12 months (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: 35 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities

• Social Listening: Monitor channels for relevant trends and content opportunities to drive engagement.
• Creative Development: Generate and pitch innovative concepts and recipes for static and lifestyle video content aligned with brand strategy.
• Content Creation: Design, produce, edit, and write copy for TikTok and Instagram posts. Experience with paid media campaigns is a plus.
• On-Camera Presence: Serve as on-camera talent to bring energy and personality to content.
• Performance Analysis: Track metrics and implement optimization strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest formats and trends in short-form content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media strategist and community management team on content execution.

Required Education & Experience 🎓

• Degree: Bachelor’s preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience: 2-3 years in content creation or social media management with a brand or organization
• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and oral) 🎙️
• Skills: Strong, distinctive content creation aligned with brand voice; creative thinking; keen cultural awareness
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms — especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret data for insights and creative opportunities
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with teams
• Passion: Love for coffee and a knack for kitchen creativity! ☕🍴

Preferred Experience 💼

• Experience with social listening and publishing tools
• Background working with large brands and partner agencies
• Knowledge of paid social media formats and measuring performance
