- Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
- Location: Remote + Travel ✈️

The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling live streaming programs in a fast-paced startup environment and a passion for social commerce.

Key Responsibilities 📝
Channel & Performance Management 📊
- Own growth strategy and execution for live selling on platforms like Whatnot, eBay Live, etc.
- Scale show volume, sell-through rate (STR), average selling price (ASP), and GMV
- Lead promotional tactics tailored to each platform’s algorithm and format
- Collaborate with marketplaces on co-marketing, affiliate, and campaign initiatives
- Curate and allocate inventory to ensure relevance and sell-through potential
- Manage live show calendars, strategy, and audience targeting across warehouses
Talent & Show Operations 🎥
- Manage and coach live stream hosts
- Dotted-line management of Streamer Operators supporting on-site execution
- Maintain and optimize streaming SOPs
- Travel to warehouses for training, shadowing, and improvements
- Ensure smooth workflows pre-, during-, and post-show, including set design, product prep, bid management, and fulfillment
Social Commerce & DTC Integration 🌐
- Align content strategy with retail calendar across channels
- Develop high-converting product storytelling creative
- Partner with Marketplace team to direct social traffic into Shopify
- Create playbooks for future platforms and influencer collaborations
- Support the rollout of new marketplace integrations
Data & Strategy Optimization 📈
- Track KPIs: GMV, STR, ASP, CAC, conversion rate
- Analyze sales and content performance to refine show structure and talent
- Generate insights for product bundling based on shopper behavior
- Make strategic decisions aligned with resource and margin goals
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- 5-7 years in e-commerce, social commerce, or DTC, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or CPG sectors
- Experience managing live selling or social commerce at scale (e.g., TikTok, Whatnot)
- Proven success in talent or creator management
- Balance creativity with data-driven decision making
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills across video, email, and Slack
- Ability to thrive amid ambiguity and scale operations
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20% 🌎
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Experience with PIM systems, Rithum, Shopify, Metabase, Google Analytics
