Job Responsibilities 🛏️

• Create a welcoming environment: Build strong relationships with customers, making them feel valued and understood.
• Become a product expert: Provide technical and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Drive sales performance: Meet and exceed KPIs while embodying company values and initiatives.
• Customer relationship management: Support customers during and after their purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Market awareness: Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and advertising strategies.
• Leverage social media: Enhance brand awareness and sales through digital channels.
• Physical demands: Lift, push, or pull objects over 50 pounds as needed.

Compensation 💰

The expected pay range is $42,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Leadership and individual contributor roles may also include additional bonus opportunities at the company's discretion.
