Job Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships to create an environment where the customer is always at the center 🛏️❤️
• Provide expert technical and product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while embodying company values and supporting initiatives
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders 📦
• Stay informed about competitors' offerings, advertisements, and services
• Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and boost sales 📲
• Physical requirements: Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds

Compensation

Salary ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonuses may be available for leadership and individual contributor roles, at the company's discretion.
