We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to spearhead our culinary team, delivering exceptional dining experiences through innovative menus and operational excellence.

As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards, and inspire a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for fine dining and operational efficiency.

🧑‍🍳 Job Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and ensure quality control of Sichuan and/or Hunan cuisine
• Maintain consistent flavor profiles, efficient service, and adherence to brand standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and task distribution
• Oversee ingredient purchasing, inventory management, and food cost controls
• Strictly enforce food safety, sanitation standards, and local health regulations
• Support new store openings, optimize menus, and train kitchen staff

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef specializing in Sichuan or Hunan cuisine
• Strong mastery of classic Sichuan/Hunan dishes with consistent, high-quality results
• Proven kitchen management experience with responsibility and execution capabilities
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to handle payroll and tax reporting
• Fluent in Mandarin

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
