🛠️ What You'll Do
As the primary support resource, you will deliver end-to-end technical assistance, ensuring an outstanding user experience across various platforms and solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to support for help desk and IT issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, maintaining SLAs and best practices
- Handle onboarding for new hires, including account creation and equipment setup
- Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablets
- Assist with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms
- Troubleshoot and manage MDM solutions
- Maintain standard and custom system images
- Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
- Document solutions and contribute to improving IT processes
- Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams when necessary
🔍 What We're Looking For
Experience in:
- IT support environments
- Fluency in French and English
- Windows and macOS desktop support
- Active Directory and account management
- Office 365 and G-Suite support
- SaaS applications like Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira
- MDM platforms such as JAMF, Kandji, or similar
- Ticketing system management
- Network and hardware troubleshooting
- VPN and access support
- Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices

📍 Job Details & Benefits
Type & Location: Fully remote, Contract position based in Wyoming, MI
Salary: $18.00 - $23.00/hour
