Position Details

• Location: Morrisville, NC - Onsite
• Duration: 6 – 12+ Months
• Rate: $20/HR on W2

Job Responsibilities

• 🔧 Filter Help Desk calls and provide basic support and troubleshooting, including password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing, and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• 💡 Gather and analyze user issues to determine the best resolution strategy.
• 📋 Manage, prioritize, and document incoming questions and service desk tickets.
• ⚡ Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• 🖥️ Install and configure software to meet end-user needs.
• 🚩 Escalate serious problems to relevant departments and teams.
• 🔄 Perform system updates, tests, and maintenance to prevent service interruptions.
• 📊 Analyze IT incident reports and queries to identify trends and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
• 📝 Produce user manuals and guidance materials for end-users.
• 🔹 Prior experience working with ServiceNow Ticketing tool.

Required Skills

• 🔍 Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• 🗣️ Fluency in French language to support French-speaking users and communicate effectively.
• 💻 Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
• 🛠️ Ability to install, configure, and support a wide range of software applications.
• ✨ Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.
