What You'll Do

As the essential support resource, you'll deliver end-to-end technical assistance, ensuring an exceptional user experience. 💻🤝

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for help desk and IT support issues 📞
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems 🖥️🌐
  • Manage and resolve tickets efficiently, adhering to SLAs and best practices 🎫
  • Own the onboarding process for new hires, including account creation and equipment setup 🆕
  • Support diverse platforms: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablets 🖥️📱
  • Assist with Active Directory and Group Policy configurations 🔑
  • Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms 📊💬
  • Troubleshoot MDM solutions and maintain system images ⚙️
  • Help with server management, networking, phone systems, and VPN access 📡
  • Document solutions and contribute to process improvements 📝
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams when necessary 🚩

What We're Looking For

Experience in:

  • IT support environments
  • Fluent in both French and English 🗣️🇫🇷🇺🇸
  • Desktop support for Windows and macOS 💻
  • Active Directory and account management
  • Office 365 and G-Suite expertise
  • SaaS platforms like Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira
  • MDM platforms such as JAMF, Kandji, or similar
  • Ticketing systems and queue management
  • Network troubleshooting and hardware support
  • VPN and remote access support
  • Deployment and maintenance of end-user devices

Job Details & Benefits

Type: Contract — Fully remote from Wyoming, MI 🏡

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour 💵
