Job Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our operations at Deutsche Telekom Security, aligned with our customer contracts, while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise contract fulfillment and contribute to its ongoing optimization for both the customer and Deutsche Telekom Security, monitoring influencing factors.
- Establish and refine processes to deliver consistently high customer service levels in a cost-effective manner, emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Coordinate collaboration among relevant delivery units, team leaders, and OPMs to ensure smooth daily operations and swift resolution of issues.
- Nurture positive relationships with customer representatives.
- Work full-time during regular office hours.

Qualifications
- Degree in economics of information management or equivalent working experience in a similar role.
- ITIL Foundation certificate and/or relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal, at least B2).
- Fluent in German (written and verbal, at least C1).
- Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of addressing executive management.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in IT security and familiarity with various related products and services.
Additional Information
- Basic financial knowledge (e.g., forecasts, invoices, SAP).
- Fluent English (C1 or higher, both written and verbal).
- Experience working with German customers at international locations.
- Background in handling international clients and participating in IT/TC transformation projects.
- Experience with T-Systems internal tools is a plus.
