Bilingual Russian-English Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Russian-English Service Coordinator to manage a caseload of 25 individuals. In this role, you'll provide essential support, coordinate services, and ensure clients receive the necessary assistance to improve their well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of 25 clients, ensuring they receive appropriate services.
• Communicate effectively in both Russian and English to assist clients and liaise with service providers.
• Coordinate with service providers to facilitate client support and develop personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions diligently.
• Advocate for clients by addressing concerns and overcoming challenges they may face.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in case management, social work, or client services is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
