Position Overview 📝

The Service Assurance Associate plays a critical role in measuring activity and evaluating the quality of service provided by CoStar representatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively contacting customers to gather feedback
• Listening actively and unbiasedly to customer responses
• Inspecting and auditing interaction data entry quality

This full-time, in-office position operates Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Complete Service Score Surveys: Conduct outbound calls within seven business days or less following a customer interaction, handling approximately 200+ calls daily.
• Professional Communication: Demonstrate professionalism during all phone interactions by asking effective questions, listening carefully, and probing appropriately.
• Maintain Objectivity: Soliciting unbiased feedback to accurately assess service quality.
• Data Integrity: Inspect and audit the quality of interaction records entered into our systems.
