Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service 😊
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant offerings
• Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or serving experience (preferred)
• PO System Knowledge 💻
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) **preferred**
