We're looking for friendly and dedicated hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and grow with us in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism 😊
• Take orders accurately and guide guests through the menu 🍴
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining excellent table service throughout the meal 🚀
• Keep tables clean, properly set, and fully stocked with water, utensils, and condiments 🍽️
• Handle guest concerns with care and communicate feedback to the management 🗣️
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at service and prep stations 🧹
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations 🤝
• Uphold a professional appearance and service standards consistently 👔

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus)
• Energetic, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude 🌟
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Base wage of $12/hour plus tips (guaranteed to meet or exceed NYC minimum wage of $17/hour)
