Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with a strong focus on research and execution who is fluent in French and/or German. In this role, you will develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence, increase organic search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic to our websites. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO research to identify target keywords, perform competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
  • Execute data-driven SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SEO-friendly content such as blog posts, landing pages, and web copy.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze website performance, organic search traffic, and rankings using various SEO tools.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO with a focus on research and execution
  • Fluent in French and/or German
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in another language such as Italian, Dutch, or Spanish
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
