Join Our Remote Team as a Technical Support Engineer 🌐

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and performance of key M365 services, all from the comfort of your remote workspace.

Responsibilities

  • M365 Service Monitoring: Focus on maintaining optimal performance and uptime for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365, and Exchange/Outlook Client. Regularly monitor these services to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting 🛠️: Provide advanced support for M365 related issues by diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Security & Compliance 🔐: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard M365 services from unauthorized access while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborative Operations 🤝: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of M365 services, contributing technical expertise for ongoing projects and promoting cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Ticket Management 📋: Manage and resolve support tickets within the ticketing system, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs and resolve issues efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or a similar role supporting M365 services.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and administration within the M365 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices for M365 services.
  • Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in M365.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have 🌟

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, etc.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline M365 service management.
