⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable brokerage systems and middle- and back-office services tailored for the Japan market
• Collaborate with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure technical specifications meet regulatory standards
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents to maintain system integrity and optimal performance

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Native or JLPT N1 level fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex financial systems, especially with accounting principles
• Experience building high-availability financial applications handling multi-currency transactions
• Proficiency in at least one statically typed programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C#)
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in financial markets, preferably in Japan
