Location & Work Schedule 🏢🏡

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule at our offices in Naperville, IL or New York, NY. Alternatively, you may work remotely full-time from the following states:

Compensation & Benefits 💼💰

This is an exempt, salaried role with an annual salary between $100,000 and $125,000. The starting pay is determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of:

  • Geographic location
  • Market conditions
  • Relevant experience
  • Training and education

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for both calendar and merchandise lines
  • Coordinate with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
  • Coordinate with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment teams for accurate inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and industry regulations
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders via clear reports and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance product offerings

Qualifications & Skills 🎯

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, merchandising, publishing, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of retail trends, product development cycles, and supply chain logistics
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems
