Job Responsibilities — Not Limited To:

  • 🔍 Develop and maintain a strategic 3-year plan to support product and category growth, focusing on innovation and product conversion.
  • 📊 Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities using consumer and product insights.
  • 🎯 Set and manage P&L targets across categories and channels.
  • 🆕 Lead the development process of new products (NPD) and imports from headquarters, covering pricing, positioning, regulatory labeling, and packaging.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain Management, Operations, and R&D to ensure infrastructure supports product and category strategies.
  • 🔬 Conduct product-specific analyses; recommend new products and features to enhance the product pipeline in line with company goals.
  • 🔄 Manage product lifecycle, including enhancements and SKU rationalization.
  • 📣 Develop and execute marketing plans for new products, including consumer communication strategies.
  • 🎥 Lead marketing initiatives such as packaging, advertising, digital campaigns, and social media, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • 🤝 Manage relationships with external vendors such as advertising, PR, and market research agencies.
  • 🧪 Identify consumer research needs; conduct marketing research and track industry trends to stay ahead in the category.
  • 📝 Create marketing and sales collateral, including sell sheets and brochures.
  • 💰 Develop annual marketing budgets and ensure all activities stay within financial plans.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration. An MBA is a plus.
  • 🍽️ Passion for food is essential!
  • 🛍️ 8+ years of relevant experience in brand or product innovation marketing within the CPG industry, preferably in food.
  • 💼 8+ years of B2C or B2B experience with a solid understanding of P&L management.
  • 💻 Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with IRI, Nielsen, and Spins tools.
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • ⏱️ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
  • ✈️ Willingness to travel as required.
  • 🇰🇷 Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
