Join Our Team as a Senior People Manager! 🚀
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Senior People Manager to lead the development of our people infrastructure and create engaging employee programs that foster a positive workplace culture across global locations.
About the Role
In this exciting position, you will be a key partner to our US leadership team, supporting programs related to performance management, training, career development, and more. You’ll help shape the future of our people operations in a dynamic startup or hybrid-remote environment.
This role reports directly to the Director of People and Culture based in Israel and involves working across multiple regions, requiring strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
What You’ll Do 🛠️
- First Point of Contact: Help employees resolve questions related to compliance and people-related inquiries.
- Support for Managers & Leaders: Guide through all employment lifecycle events.
- People Processes: Plan and execute onboarding, new hire check-ins, performance reviews, salary discussions, recognition initiatives, and engagement surveys.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity across our People tech stack throughout all employee lifecycle stages.
- Program Development: Partner with leadership to research, implement, and scale new People programs and tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and scalability in all People programs.
- Change Management: Facilitate change processes and support managers through transitions to meet business goals.
- Communication: Proactively manage employee communications via Slack and other channels.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand: Support hiring activities and enhance our employment brand as needed.
Qualifications & Skills 🎯
- Experience: 5+ years in HR or People Operations, preferably with experience in high-growth startups (SaaS or similar).
- Talent Acquisition: At least 2 years of experience.
- Global Exposure: Experience working with employees across multiple regions.
- Initiative & Execution: Ability to design, lead, and implement initiatives from concept to completion.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of identifying opportunities and driving scalable People programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at gaining buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with current HR best practices (preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written); Hebrew skills are a plus.
- Interpersonal & Judgement: Excellent relationship-building and independent work capability.
