About the Role 📝

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our Lorton and Manassas branches, as well as our Enhancement Department. This role includes supervising the Shop Manager who oversees our mechanical workshop. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to execute business strategies, manage resources, improve processes, and ensure top-tier service to our HOA clients.

What You’ll Do 🔧

  • Drive operational excellence: Analyze workflows, implement improvements, and boost efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and develop teams: Supervise Field Managers and support Crew Leaders; foster a strong safety culture and positive work environment.
  • Manage scheduling & logistics: Plan crews, materials, and equipment effectively to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee budgets & profitability: Monitor costs, control labor and material expenses, and meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Procure materials & manage inventory: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for adequate stock and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure quality & customer satisfaction: Conduct site visits, uphold safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote safety & compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to local and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For 🔍

  • 6–8 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or related sectors, including team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Landscape Management, or related field. Engineering degrees are a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with MO Suite preferred).
