Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international QSR company known for innovation, customer focus, and growth. As Senior Marketing Manager for the Caribbean, you will be pivotal in driving regional brand profitability and strengthening customer engagement by collaborating with franchisees, agencies, and development partners.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional marketing and media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders—including agencies, regional offices, HQ, IPC, development agents, and boards—to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
  • Manage the full marketing lifecycle, from planning through execution and performance tracking.

Consumer Insights

  • Become the Caribbean consumer expert: lead market studies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Establish tools and processes to measure campaign performance and ROI effectively.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Provide strategic direction to creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the regional Advertising Review Board (ARB) process and ensure compliance with global standards.

Financial Stewardship

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and investments with accuracy and prudence.
  • Ensure spend efficiency and strict adherence to the FAF Governance manual.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in foodservice marketing, ideally within a QSR, consumer brand, or agency setting.
  • Proven leadership with a track record of delivering business impact.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish — essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Caribbean region.
