Job Responsibilities 📝

  • Comply with FOTILE's operational standards as outlined in all training and manuals.
  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to accurately forecast customer needs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using historical sales, market trends, and seasonal patterns to refine demand forecasts.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring optimal stock availability.
  • Enhance inventory accuracy through regular audits, process improvements, and documentation efficiency.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to resolve discrepancies and update stock information in OMS and ERP systems.
  • Stay informed about changes in U.S. transportation and warehouse industry standards; identify potential risks in supportability programs.
  • Manage the complete importing process, collaborating with suppliers, customs, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
  • Supervise inland shipments, coordinating transportation and warehousing to optimize costs and timelines.
  • Maintain effective relationships with third-party logistics providers to meet SLAs and ensure logistics service quality.
  • Handle reverse logistics for retail returns, managing processes and third-party vendors effectively.
  • Streamline order processing workflows to improve efficiency and ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Continuously evaluate logistics processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
  • Address transportation and logistics system issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Order packaging materials and supplies for 3PL based on wholesale, retail, and eCommerce demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by supervisors or emerging needs.

Job Requirements 🎯

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (bilingual proficiency required).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management, with expertise in demand planning, inventory, importing, inland shipments, and 3PL handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management System (OMS) implementation, customization, and successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics best practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven operational solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
