Become a key player in Chase Home Lending as a Senior Home Lending Advisor. Utilize your expertise to serve as the primary contact for your clients throughout the loan process, supported by a knowledgeable team dedicated to your success. Promote and market financial products while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. This role offers a unique chance to grow professionally and influence our business positively.

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will:

• Guide clients on their path to homeownership with a first-class service experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of home lending products and regulations.
• Support clients through the entire loan lifecycle, from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Mentorship & Training: Coach and mentor branch team members on products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with bankers, meeting with customers, and introducing new clients for additional products.
• Marketing & Outreach: Partner with your team to enhance customer experience via direct mail, media campaigns, cross-selling, relocation and statement programs, electronic newsletters, outbound leads, and other marketing initiatives.
• Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within your footprint.
• Expertise & Relationship Management: Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintain good customer relationships, and provide tailored financial advice based on thorough analysis and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications & Skills ✅

• At least three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Solid knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills 🌟

• Experience with FHA/VA sales.
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based PC applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.

Regulatory & Licensing Requirements 🔒

This position complies with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon review of your criminal history, credit report, and NMLS registration, demonstrating your financial responsibility and character.

Please note, any felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify you. Continuous employment depends on adherence to the Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank requirements.

Additionally, this role requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008.
