This isn’t just about labeling; you'll be the Quality Gatekeeper. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring human feedback is not only accurate but world-class.

🎯 The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop

• Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit DLA work, providing structured, actionable feedback to foster team-wide improvement.
• Tactical Support: Address complex linguistic questions and interpret evolving guidelines, acting as the team’s first line of defense.
• Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands-on training sessions for new associates, helping them master Italian dialects and AI safety considerations.
• Workflow Orchestration: Monitor task queues, identify blockers, and escalate risks to Team Leads proactively.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze patterns in human and model performance to inform the evolution of project guidelines.

📝 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows
• Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Italian proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• English Fluency: B2 level or above, to handle stakeholder communications and technical reports
• Leadership Instincts: Experience auditing or reviewing others’ work, with a coaching mindset
• Detail Obsession: Commitment to quality and consistency amid shifting guidelines
• Safety Mindset: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy evaluations within a GenAI context
