Job Description
As a Senior Home Lending Advisor with Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for your clients throughout the loan process, supported by a knowledgeable Home Lending team. Your role involves adhering to regulatory requirements while actively promoting Chase’s financial products, fostering strong customer relationships, and guiding clients to fulfill their homeownership goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Mentor and train the branch team on products and services, sharing your expertise.
- Collaborate with bankers, meet with customers, and connect new clients with bankers for additional services.
- Create an exceptional customer experience by leveraging marketing efforts such as direct mail, media ads, cross-sell initiatives, relocation programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, and outbound lead sourcing.
- Build partnerships within retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, working within formal reporting lines.
- Establish yourself as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Utilize consultative skills to make tailored financial recommendations based on thorough financial analysis, product knowledge, and client circumstances.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
- Mandarin bilingual proficiency is a plus
