Job Profile

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their loan lifecycle, leveraging your deep knowledge of home lending products. You'll support clients in navigating regulatory requirements and actively promote the financial solutions offered by Chase. Job Responsibilities

• 🤝 Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing product and service training
• 🤝 Collaborates with bankers by meeting their clients and introducing new customers to additional products and services
• 🚀 Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation and statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing channels
• 🏦 Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and functions effectively within formal and dotted-line reporting structures
• 💼 Establishes yourself as the internal and external mortgage expert by building and maintaining good client relationships, providing recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• ✅ Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience
• 🔑 Knowledge of local real estate markets
• 📝 Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 🗂️ Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 🎯 FHA/VA sales experience
• 🤝 Strong marketing, relationship building, and consulting skills
• 💻 Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate

Important Regulatory Information

This position requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on review of your criminal, credit, and NMLS registration information, and demonstrating responsible financial behavior.

Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008 is mandatory. You will need to register or update your existing registration upon employment, with ongoing requirements for renewal and updates.
