Responsibilities 🎯

• Handle diverse localization tasks, including in-game text, manga, and operational content, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform quality assurance checks on localized content to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with the team to document localization issues, provide constructive feedback, and track revisions.
• Monitor player feedback and troubleshoot issues, optimizing content to suit the linguistic and cultural nuances of the target market.

Requirements 📋

• Language proficiency:
  • Native French with advanced Chinese (HSK6) OR
  • Native Chinese with advanced French (DALF C1/C2 or CEFR C1/C2)
• At least 3+ years in game localization (Chinese to French) with proficiency in CAT tools.
• Strong cultural awareness of French-speaking markets, attention to detail, and self-motivation. Ability to work remotely and asynchronously.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.
• Preferred: Experience working with leading Chinese game developers, interest in ACG, sci-fi/fantasy, history/mythology, and a background in linguistics or creative fields.
