Role Overview: Enterprise Account Executive, Retail & Consumer Goods
In this high-level, individual contributor role, you will hunt and close complex deals with Fortune 500 organizations and companies with over 1,000 employees, managing strategic accounts. If you're an experienced enterprise sales hunter with a proven record of delivering consistent revenue growth, we'd love to connect. 📈
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing, navigating complex buying committees with 6-12 stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CFO), aligning Contentsquare solutions with their long-term business goals.
- Conduct detailed discovery to identify pain points and demonstrate tangible ROI.
- Lead internal deal teams including Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to ensure a unified approach.
- Drive pipeline generation through self-sourcing, leveraging networks, referrals, industry events, and collaborating with Marketing on strategic campaigns.
- Navigate complex negotiations and procurement discussions with confidence.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts by maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
- Monitor the digital analytics market, track competition, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Represent the Contentsquare brand with compelling value propositions.
- Bridge customer needs with engineering and product teams to advocate effectively.
About You
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years as an enterprise SaaS sales hunter.
- Fluent in Italian and English (verbal & written).
- Proven success in consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple opportunities across different stages.
- Executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, E-Commerce, Digital Analytics, or MarTech is preferred.
