Our Support team is composed of specialized groups focusing on areas such as HR, IT, and Finance, all working together to deliver exceptional customer service and influence product development.

Responsibilities 🎯
- Support & Resolve: Assist Rippling customers by addressing and resolving product-related issues.
- Ownership: Manage customer issues from start to finish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer Assistance: Use phone, chat, email, and video conferencing to help customers optimize their experience with our products.
- De-escalation & Resolution: Calm and resolve issues through platform and industry expertise.
- Become a Product Expert: Be the go-to resource for both customers and team members.
- Suggest Improvements: Identify areas for enhancement and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement automation or new features.
- Time Management: Work effectively under time constraints and meet tight deadlines to ensure customer needs are satisfied.
Requirements ✅
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and French (Quebec), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday during US Eastern Standard Time (9am-5:30pm ET).
- Experience: 3+ years in a customer or client-facing role.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot with attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Proven experience in improving processes.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing duties and responsibilities.
- Time Management: Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
