Role Summary

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our installer partners in Italy. Your role involves driving strategic onboarding, ensuring high adoption rates, and maintaining customer satisfaction for our larger accounts. You will work closely with enterprise installers to resolve complex challenges and integrate GreenSketch into their core operations. 🤝🇮🇹

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for enterprise and high-value installation partners, managing complex initial projects within GreenSketch.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for post-go-live customer success, optimizing the use of GreenSketch in planning, ordering, and documentation workflows.
  • Drive product adoption, expansion, and long-term engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Deliver advanced training sessions, webinars, and on-site consultations for key clients.
  • Analyze customer pain points, blockers, and opportunities; recommend product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Executive teams on escalations and roadmaps.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and retention strategies for a portfolio of high-revenue customers.
  • Represent installer feedback internally to influence product strategy and market expansion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role with installers, ideally in SaaS or vertical software for trades/services.
  • Proven success managing enterprise/SMB accounts within solar PV, battery storage, or renewable energy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency with SaaS tools and a deep understanding of solar PV project data, planning, and compliance.
  • Expertise in scaling customer adoption for complex B2B platforms, with experience in churn reduction and expansion.
  • Strong strategic mindset, ownership of outcomes, stakeholder management, and pragmatism suited to startup pace. 🚀

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the Italian solar installer market, understanding regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer health analytics.
  • Fluency in Italian and hands-on experience with solar design tools.

  • Internal: Customer Success Team, Product, Sales, C-suite
  • External: Installer partners, wholesalers, industry associations in Italy 🇮🇹
