A Day in the Life
- Engage directly with customers, hospital staff, and key stakeholders such as nurses, physicians, procurement teams, suppliers, and health authorities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and pricing to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle disputes related to complaints and returns by recording, analyzing, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Respond promptly to sales and customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information on lead times, shortages, and other requirements.
- Support critical business segments at Medtronic, directly impacting patient lives.
- Serve as the primary contact for OTC (Order to Cash) processes, fostering a cooperative relationship with business partners.
- Act as a proactive team player driven by results and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or at least MBO+ qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

- Salary Range (Netherlands): 39,200.00 EUR – 58,800.00 EUR
- This position is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
Work Location & Flexibility
Candidates must reside within a maximum of 80 km from our Heerlen office. After initial full-time training at the office, you will work at least 2 days per week remotely. Please note that as of July 1, 2022, government regulations mandate that cross-border employees work 80% of their hours in-office. Relocation support is not provided for this role.
