Role Overview

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients at our financial centers. Your primary focus will be to identify personal banking needs, offer appropriate solutions, and connect clients to specialists. You will deepen relationships through platform services, support self-service activities, and ensure exceptional client care. Proactively engaging with clients through calls and follow-ups is essential to success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies based on clients' personal banking needs and life priorities.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting transactions via self-service technologies.
  • Leverage resources to enhance the client experience, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Follow established processes, laws, and guidelines when performing activities such as account opening, maintenance, and digital shopping.
  • Manage client interactions by choosing the best course of action for clients and the bank, complying with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • bilingual in Mandarin
  • Minimum of one year sales experience in a relationship-oriented, client-focused environment
  • ORPrevious role as a Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for at least six months
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, highly motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Effective collaborator to build and nurture strong relationships
  • Passionate, committed, and driven to improve clients' financial lives
  • Confident in solution identification based on client needs
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Adaptable to new information, technologies, and changing circumstances
  • Critical thinker and problem solver to meet clients' needs
  • Excellent time management to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of starting (varies by state)
  • Availability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to various financial centers

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related fields
  • Experience in a financial center meeting or exceeding goals
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
  • Background in environments with team or individual goals
  • Proficiency with financial data, spreadsheets, and financial skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laptop technology
