About the Role
This position serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting our financial centers. You will help uncover personal banking needs, recommend suitable solutions, and connect clients to specialized services. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, support transactional activities, and deliver outstanding client care. Proactive communication through outbound calls and follow-ups is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to provide personal and small business banking solutions aligned with clients' life priorities 📈
- Assist and educate clients on using self-service technologies for simple transactions 🤝
- Leverage resources and technology to enhance the customer experience and ensure operational excellence 🎯
- Follow established processes for activities such as account opening, maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping 📋
- Manage client interactions by making informed decisions that comply with regulatory guidelines 🛡️
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience in a relationship-focused environment 🌟
- Or, minimum of six months experience as a Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Business Owner Specialist at Bank of America
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude 💪
- Effective collaborator who nurtures professional relationships 🤝

- Confident in identifying solutions tailored to client needs 💡
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 🗣️

- Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and multitask ⏳
- Must be or become a licensed notary within a few months of starting (varies by state) 📝

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field 🎓
- Experience in a financial center with consistent goal achievement ⭐
- Retail or sales experience with incentive-based compensation 💰
- Familiarity with financial spreadsheets, information, and banking products 📊
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and technology use 💻

Pay and Benefits 💼
Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $31.37, determined by experience and skills 💸
